5. Refund and Transfer Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction. Policies vary by offering:

• Consulting Services: You may request one rescheduling if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• Info Products: Due to the instant nature of delivery, digital materials are final sale and non-refundable.
• Goods: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please use our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt; shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
